General

  • Cloud 9 2023 will take place on Saturday, September 9th. Guests are encouraged to come on Friday, September 8th, and camp until the morning of Sunday, September 10th.

  • Cloud 9 will be held at No.9 Gardens, 40 minutes from Kingston at 1516 Summers Road, Rideau Lakes, ON.

  • We recommend carpooling with a group of friends to save money and minimize your carbon footprint. There will be paid parking available on-site, and we will be carbon offsetting for the journey you take to get here.

  • Cloud 9 is a 19+ event. (No children allowed). Be sure to bring your ID and festival ticket for entrance to the festival.

  • Cloud 9 is rain or shine! We have tents with covered seating and encourage you to dress for the weather. Don’t forget to check the weather network that day.

  • Yes, as of now, we are still accepting volunteers! If you are interested, please see the Volunteer ticket description for more information.

  • On average, during the ninth day of the ninth month, we see a high of 22 degrees Celsius and a low of 11 degrees celsius; however, last year, it was abnormally warm, with a high of 27 degrees. Please check the weather forecast and pack accordingly.

Tickets

  • Click HERE to secure a pass. Select the type of ticket you wish to purchase. Make sure to review your order as the sale is final. No exchanges or refunds will be authorized.

  • Yes, both one-day and multi-day tickets are available.

  • If you would like to upgrade your ticket, please buy the upgraded ticket and then send rmorrision@no9.ca an email with the subject line “Ticket Upgrade” with screenshots of both your tickets and your full name. We will then refund you for your original ticket. Refunds are only available when upgrading. You will not be given a refund if you want to downgrade.

  • We are enforcing a no refund policy. Cloud 9 is a rain or shine event. We will not be refunding tickets in the event of rain or adverse weather. Likewise, all scheduled performances at the festival are subject to change or cancellation without notice. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.

Festival Program

  • The full musician lineup can be found HERE. A full schedule of the festival programming will be emailed to ticket holders and posted on our website closer to the festival.

  • All scheduled performances at the festival, including those of headlining artists, are subject to change or cancellation without notice. No refunds will be given for such changes or cancellations.

  • We will not be accepting cash. Acceptable forms of payment include debit, credit, apple pay, and other contactless payment methods. There will be no ATMs on-site.

Safety, Venue, Service

  • Yes, if you would like to camp on Friday and Saturday night, make sure you purchase the camping pass or all-inclusive pass. For more information about camping, please refer to the ticket sales site.

  • Our vendors will provide a variety of gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free options.

  • Dress for the weather. Cloud 9 is a rain-or-shine event. Come prepared with closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, rain-resistant clothing, and whatever else you may need to be comfortable during your stay. We encourage you to check the weather before planning your arrival.

  • There will be no lockers on site, please do not bring valuables that are not essential. You are responsible for the loss of anything you bring to the festival.

  • Aside from service animals, there is a no-animal policy.

  • No outdoor alcoholic drinks will be allowed inside the festival. We will be adhering to a strict no-alcohol policy in the camping area. You can bring your own food to the camping area, but you will not be allowed to bring it into the festival grounds.
